Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) and PayPal.
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: Your order confirmation is automatically sent to the email provided at checkout. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If still not found, contact us at noblessehair.info@gmail.com.
Q: My order never arrived.
A:Check your order status by clicking "My Account / Order Status" on our website.
Verify the shipping status and tracking numbers.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check your delivery area. If still missing, contact noblessehair.info@gmail.com to initiate an investigation.
For missing items due to inventory or warehouse errors, refunds may be processed automatically. Contact us to confirm.
Q: How do you notify me if an item is out of stock after my order has been placed?
A: We will email you to confirm whether you want to proceed with a partial shipment or cancel the unavailable item(s).
Q: When will my credit appear on my account?
A: Credits are usually processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your order.

Q: Where do you ship in the U.S.?
A: We ship to all 50 U.S. states. (Currently, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska.)
Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: International shipping is currently not available. We are only able to ship within the United States.
Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?
A: Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders of $100 or more (before tax and shipping). Orders under $100 are charged a standard USPS shipping fee.
