Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders placed by 5 PM EST (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day.
- Over 95% of orders ship within 24 business hours.
- Processing time: 24–72 hours for all orders.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days + processing time
- UPS Ground: 2–5 business days + processing time
- UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days + processing time
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days + processing time
- UPS Next Day Air (Residential): 1 business day + processing time
- Free Ground Shipping: 3–7+ business days (method chosen at our discretion: USPS or UPS)
Note: Delivery times may vary for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Important Notes
- UPS does not deliver on weekends unless you pay an additional $16–$20 fee (UPS policy).
- Expedited shipping applies to business days only (Mon–Fri). Example:
- UPS 2nd Day Air ordered on Thursday → Delivered Monday.
- UPS Next Day Air ordered on Friday → Delivered Monday.
- APO/FPO orders ship via USPS (delivery: 2–5 business days + processing).
- UPS/Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses. If selected, your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and the cost difference refunded.
Signature Confirmation (Optional)
For added security, we recommend adding Signature Confirmation:
- USPS: $2.50
- UPS: $5.00
Responsibility for Delivery
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe delivery.
- We are not responsible for packages confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier.
- To prevent lost/stolen packages, we recommend:
- Shipping to your workplace or leasing office.
- Renting a P.O. Box.
- Adding Signature Confirmation.
Taxes
- State sales tax is applied to all shipped orders.
- Tax is calculated on the order total, including shipping and handling.
Return Policy

Return Request Timeline
- Notify us via email (noblessehair.info@gmail.com) within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, you have 14 days to return the product.
- Returns not shipped within 14 days will be denied, and the customer must pay for reshipment.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
- Chemical products
- Hot Deal, Clearance, Below-Cost, Flash Sale, BOGO Sale, or Special Order items
- Items with lace cut, unattached, or missing hair nets
- Opened, worn, used, or tampered items
Conditions for Returns
Returned products must be:
- In original packaging (box, tags, tissues, manuals, accessories, etc.)
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)
- Residue-free and odor-free
If items do not meet these conditions, we may:
- Refuse the return and ship it back at the customer’s expense, or
- Charge a restocking fee (20%–50%) depending on condition.
Restocking Fee Policy
- 0% – Products returned unopened and unused.
- 20–50% – Opened, tampered, or damaged products.
- Photos will be taken of returned items to justify any restocking fees.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived defective.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds/credits are processed after items are received and inspected.
- We strongly recommend shipping via a traceable delivery method. We cannot refund or exchange without proof of delivery.
