Once approved, you have 14 days to return the product.

Returns not shipped within 14 days will be denied, and the customer must pay for reshipment.

Conditions for Returns
Returned products must be:

In original packaging (box, tags, tissues, manuals, accessories, etc.)

In original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)

Residue-free and odor-free
If items do not meet these conditions, we may:

Refuse the return and ship it back at the customer’s expense, or

Charge a restocking fee (20%–50%) depending on condition.
Restocking Fee Policy

0% – Products returned unopened and unused.

20–50% – Opened, tampered, or damaged products.

Photos will be taken of returned items to justify any restocking fees.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived defective.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds/credits are processed after items are received and inspected.

We strongly recommend shipping via a traceable delivery method. We cannot refund or exchange without proof of delivery.
